Intelligent automation control

Main control system: Taiwan Delta PLC programmable controller, supports synchronous speed regulation of the entire line, one-button start and stop, and the operation interface is equipped with Kunlun Tongtai (KLTT) touch screen, which is intuitive and easy to use.

Accurate temperature control: Japan Fuji PID digital display temperature control meter, ±1℃ accuracy, 7-zone heating control, to ensure uniform melting of materials.

Multiple safety protection: host overload protection, overpressure alarm shutdown in the screen changing area, three-phase power grounding protection, to fully ensure production safety.

 

Efficient production performance

Screw design: φ130mm high-strength 38CrMoALA screw, aspect ratio 33:1, maximum extrusion capacity of 500kg/h, adjustable speed 20-100rpm, suitable for new material and masterbatch mixed production.

Automatic screen changer: double-mesh belt automatic screen changer (100+200 mesh), supports continuous production and reduces downtime.

Precision die head: 1800mm internal heating hanger spiral die head, film lip gap 0.3-0.6mm adjustable, film width 1680mm, adapt to diversified product needs.

 

Modular structure design

Cooling system: all stainless steel steady flow cooling water tank, capacity 1.2m³, water temperature 30-60℃ controllable, fast shaping.

Stretching and shaping: 4-roller stretching machine and shaping machine are equipped with German Nord reducer, line speed 80-400m/min, roller surface hard chrome plated, wear-resistant and easy to clean.

High efficiency of winding: 30-spindle variable frequency winding machine, maximum winding speed 450m/min, supports φ160mm reel, automatic reel change.

Environmental protection and energy saving

Waste wire crushing and recycling system: 20kg/h processing capacity, equipped with 15kW high-power fan, to achieve edge wire recycling and reduce raw material loss.

The whole machine has bridge-type wiring, which is neat and safe, with energy consumption optimization design, and the actual operating power is about 320kW.
