The Automatic bagged cement loading system of this equipment is designed to be highly automated to ensure that the entire loading process does not require direct manual operation and intervention. The specific process is as follows:
When the vehicle enters the loading area and approaches the designated position, the vehicle guidance system uses advanced sensor technology (such as ultrasonic, infrared or laser, etc.) to automatically detect whether the vehicle has been accurately parked in place.
Once the vehicle is parked in place, the system will send clear parking instructions to the driver through sound and light signals or display screens.
Information input and confirmation:
The operator enters the tonnage information of the loading by swiping the card, or the ERP system directly sends the pick-up information to the bagged cement palletizing and loading machine.
After receiving the information, the system will confirm and prepare to proceed to the next step. No complicated operations are required,
Carriage measurement and data processing:
The intelligent Automatic bagged cement palletizing and loading machine starts the built-in 3D scanning system to accurately measure the vehicle's compartment position, outline and key dimensions (such as compartment length, width, railing height, compartment height from the ground, etc.). The system software automatically processes these measurement data, and combines the preset loading tonnage and the palletizing logic algorithm with independent intellectual property rights to calculate the optimal palletizing method and the palletizing coordinates of each bag of goods.
Palletizing and loading execution:
According to the calculated palletizing method and coordinates, the high-performance 12-axis motion controller controlled by PLC will drive the actuator (such as robotic arms, conveyor belts, etc.) to perform precise palletizing operations.
During the palletizing process, the system will monitor and adjust the accuracy and stability of the palletizing in real time to ensure that the goods are neatly and safely stacked in the carriage.
HMI and PLC configuration
HMI (human-machine interface): It uses a 15.6-inch touch screen provided by Schneider, with a friendly interface and easy operation. The driver or operator can monitor the loading progress, adjust parameters or view alarm information in real time through the HMI.
PLC (programmable logic controller): Schneider's high-performance 12-axis motion controller is selected, which has powerful data processing and motion control capabilities. The PLC is responsible for receiving instructions from the HMI and signals from sensors, and executing complex logical operations and control algorithms to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the loading process.
Data exchange and intelligent manufacturing integration
Ethernet interface: The equipment is equipped with an Ethernet interface as standard, which supports data exchange with the factory's production management system (ERP). Through this interface, the loading system can receive the pick-up information, inventory data, etc. issued by the ERP system in real time, and upload the loading progress, completion status and other data to the ERP system.
Intelligent manufacturing system interface: The corresponding hardware interface and software protocol are reserved for the intelligent manufacturing system of the access factory.
